In Britain today, justice is increasingly only available to the rich
due to the slashing of legal aid and drastic cuts to the funding of advice services.
The Relay for Rights aims to highlight the hypocrisy of the government’s Global Law Summit, celebrating the 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta at a time when there
is no longer equal access to justice in Britain due to government reforms.
The Relay for Rights will be a march from the birthplace on the Magna Carta in Runnymede, over a period of three days, to a Rally in Westminster.
Saturday 21st: Runnymede to Hampton Court
Sunday 22nd: Hampton Court to Putney
Monday 23rd: Putney to Westminster
It ends with a rally at 1pm, Old Palace Yard, Westminster, SW1

Access to justice has been a fundamental right in Britain since MagnaCarta and
we must remind government of their duty to provide justice for all!
